Program ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi dengan tiga perusahaan, yaitu PT Alfan Mechatronics Innovation, Etrama Energi, dan mitra industri lainnya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prodi Teknik Elektro Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) menggandeng tiga perusahaan, yakni PT Alfan Mechatronics Innovation, PT Etrama Nusa Energi dan PT Zaada Bana Engineering untuk menginisiasi rencana pembukaan&nbsp;<em>Center of<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Excellent<\/em>&nbsp;(CoE) Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dekan Fakultas Teknik UMM, Ilyas Masudin, mengatakan pengembangan kurikulum kini harus mengacu pada kebutuhan industri, utamanya dalam rangka mengimbangi kebutuhan pendidikan di era Industri 4.0.<br>Meningkatkan Kompetensi Mahasiswa di Bidang Energi Surya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kehadiran CoE PLTS bertujuan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih aplikatif kepada mahasiswa. Tidak hanya memahami teori, mahasiswa juga dapat mempelajari teknologi PLTS secara langsung melalui praktik, riset, dan kolaborasi bersama industri.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKarena itulah, perluasan kerja sama dengan&nbsp;<em>stakeholders<\/em>&nbsp;lainnya perlu dilakukan agar kurikulum bisa disesuaikan. Dengan begitu, para mahasiswa dan lulusan bisa dibekali dengan berbagai kemampuan dan&nbsp;<em>skill<\/em>&nbsp;bermanfaat untuk menjadi pribadi yang mandiri,\u201d ungkap Ilyas Masudin, Jumat (18\/2\/2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CEO PT Zaada Bana Engineering, Ivan Ahsanul Insan, mengatakan pada dasarnya kurikulum yang dimiliki oleh Prodi Teknik Elektro UMM sudah mencukupi.<br><br>Namun perlu ada beberapa tambahan di bidang entrepreneurship, sales engineering dan pengembangan soft skill.&nbsp;Tiga hal ini, Ivan menilai, akan &nbsp;mampu menjembatani bidang&nbsp;<em>management project, time scheduling, WBS, project schedule<\/em>&nbsp;dan pembuatan proposal. Apalagi bila melihat derasnya permintaan pasar saat ini.&nbsp;<br><br>Technical Direktor PT Etrama Nusa Energi, Yongki Adi Pratama, menambahkan bahwa pendidikan semestinya mampu melahirkan tenaga kerja siap pakai. Maka, ini adalah langkah yang sangat rasional untuk meningkatkan efektivitas ekonomi serta entrepreneurship dalam satu wadah.&nbsp;<br><br>Yongki juga mengusulkan beberapa poin utama dalam pelaksanaan magang nantinya, di antaranya&nbsp;<em>product knowledge, brand component<\/em>&nbsp;atau peralatan utama, perencanaan dan aktualisasi pemasangan di lapangan dengan harapan akan menumbuhkan suasana kuliah dengan suasana kerja.&nbsp;<br>\u201cSaya rasa pelaksanaan magang juga sangat efektif bila dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Bisa dilangsungkan selama empat hingga enam bulan. Apalagi mengingat manpower bisa menjadi aset bisnis yang krusial di masa depan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manfaat CoE PLTS bagi Mahasiswa dan Industri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meningkatkan keterampilan teknis mahasiswa di bidang PLTS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memperkuat sinergi antara kampus dan industri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mendukung kegiatan penelitian dan inovasi energi terbarukan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mempersiapkan lulusan yang siap menghadapi kebutuhan industri energi masa depa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kesimpulan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pembukaan CoE PLTS oleh Teknik Elektro UMM bersama mitra industri menjadi langkah nyata dalam mencetak talenta unggul di bidang energi surya.
